Family Pet Clinic

My wife and I have been going to Family Pet Clinic for our fuzzy family's needs for the past 5 years now. We've been very pleased with their prompt and professional service. You can almost always make a same day appointment if your pet isn't feeling well. I feel like the providers and staff always go above and beyond for our cats. We'll be coming back for years to come.

I love Family Pet Clinic! The doctors, the vet techs and the front desk team are so kind and welcoming. The attention and fuss they make over my dogs brings a smile to my face. The care and compassion for my Olivia girl when she developed “happy tail” and required careful monitoring over two surgeries was remarkable and greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking care of my fur family.

I’ve switched from my out vet to Family Pet Clinic and it was the best decision I’ve made for my dogs! You don’t have to wait days for a sick visit, they have great communication as well and your dog is more than just a number! I’m very pleased with the clinic and the awesome staff! Highly recommend them and this come from someone that has A LOT of dogs!

I have been taking all of my pets to Family Pet Clinic for over 20 years when Dr. Menager and her staff were there, she retired, and Dr. Toby Mazer and her crew took over what a nightmare!! services hasn’t been the same that I was receiving when Dr. Menager and her team was there, dr. Menager was the best ever! She put my two labs down while I was there very peacefully. The way it should be, however, I took the last member of my lab family in to be put down and it was the worst experience I’ve ever been exposed to! I took my lab to them on 11 December and “Gloria” had given him his first shot that’s supposed to kind of sedate them so they don’t know. The second shot is coming, however, the first shot didn’t take, so Gloria enters the room and says I was watching and waiting to see if that shot was going to work before I administered a second shot, she had told her boss, Dr. Toby Mazer that she had shot him in his neck and he was swollen so maybe that’s why the shot didn’t which was a lie me and my son watched where she administered the first shot. It was not in his neck after watching me hysterically in the room she decided to come in and give him a second shot, which seem like it took forever I was up with the door open, looking down the hallway, waiting for her to administer the second shot. Meanwhile, you can imagine, what I was going through with my dog, so she comes back in to give him the second shot which was in his ribs, and he still was not going down. My son had to basically had to pull his feet out from under him to get him to go down, meanwhile, I get to experience, my dog, drowning, in his lungs still alive, and then Gloria pursued to give him the third shot while he was still alive I want to say, warned me that the noises I was going to hear was not going to be pleasant, so I sat there, crying hysterically, watching my dog suffer. Even more, it was horrific, She was not experienced in this field at all! I never received a follow up phone call from them at all. I waited a week, and I called them to thank them for the horrific memories of my dog being euthanized! So please beware of the uneducated/ inexperienced staff that you are trusting to care for your fur babies!

Excellent experience. I felt confident in choosing Dr. Schultz as our new vet. Was also very impressed by Amy, the nurse. Both were down to earth, non-judgmental, good listeners taking in all information, & I trusted their expertise. My pup is being treated for Heartworm Disease. As a diligent pet mom, I decided to switch vets to a practice & veterinarian who I felt more confident in. The difference in approach was obvious. I am so glad I made this difficult change. I feel very comfortable with Family Pet Center & Dr. Schultz & know that me & my pup will receive the attention & care needed for a full recovery.
